At Beautybility, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Please read the details below to learn about our return process.
Return Eligibility
- Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Exclusions: For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened beauty products, personal care items, or gift cards.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: To start a return, please email us at support@beautybility.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.
- Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) along with return instructions. This step ensures your return is processed smoothly.
- Pack the Item: Please securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item received). We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please return the original item and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a return, replacement, or refund at no additional cost to you.
- In the case of defective items, we may request a photo of the damage or defect for quality control purposes.
Final Sale Items
Some items are marked as final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. These items will be clearly identified at the time of purchase.
